Things You'll Need:
- 2 CUPS OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 2 PKG. OF DRY YEAST
- 1 CUP OF MILK
- ¾ CUP OF WATER
- ½ CUP OF OIL
- ½ CUP OF SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON OF SALT
- 2 ½ TO 3 CUPS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- Mixing bowl
- Sauce pan
- Mixer
- Oven

Step 1
• Mix all-purpose flour and yeast in a mixer bowl

Step 2
• In a sauce pan, combine the milk, water, oil, sugar, and salt

• Heat to 120 to 130 degrees

Step 4
• Pour heated mixture into the flour mixture

Step 5
• Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes

Step 6
• Add whole wheat flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition

Step 7
• Dough will be soft. Let it rest for 12 to 15 minutes

Step 8
• On a floured surface, roll the dough to ½ inch thick and cut as desired

Step 9
• Place in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes

Step 10
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 11
• Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until brown. Makes 18 rolls.
