Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Step 1
In a bowl put in the flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt and mix together well.

In a separate bowl, combine egg,milk and cooking oil stirr well together; then add to the flour mixture from step 1. Stir mixture just until blended but slightly lumpy.

For each standard-size pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle or skillet. ((( because you dont want a watery mix you want some kind of lump so it will cook)))

Step 4
Cook until pancakes are golden brown, turning to cook second side when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and slightly dry edges.
Makes 8-10 standard-size pancakes if use 1/4 for each one. if you want bigger pancakes poorr into 1/2 cup ( cook the same as 1/4 cup) Enjoy!!
