Things You'll Need:
- Two avacados
- 1 Shallot
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 lime
- Salt and Pepper

Step 1
Bowl with avacado, shallots, and garlicCut the shallots and garlic into small pieces and place into a bowl.

Bowl with avacado, shallots, and garlicRemove skin and seed from avacados and dice. Add diced pieces of avocado to the mix.

Tomatoes added to the mix.Add diced tomatoes to the mix.

Adding fresh lime to the mixAdd the juice from one squeezed fresh lime.

Adding a diced jalapeno to the mixCut jalapeno in half and remove core and seeds. Dice the remaining skin and add to the mix. Use more or less to your taste. If you prefer a less spicy guacamole, only use half of a pepper.

Adding salt and peppper to the mix.Add salt and pepper to taste. I prefer adding A LOT of salt to my guacamole.

Mixing until smoothUsing a fork, mash and mix toughly until smooth. Or if it is too difficult to mash by hand, you can also use a food processor on the pulse setting a few times.

Final ProductServe with tortilla chips (blue tortilla chips taste and look great).
