How to Plan an Event on Facebook.com

You can plan any type of event through your Facebook account.

Facebook allows people to plan parties, reunions and everyday events right from their profile. With just a click of a few buttons, you can reach old friends, new acquaintances and family to get the word out to everyone on your Friends List. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

  Go to the HOME tab on your Facebook account and choose the "Events" application on the left column.

  Click on "Create and Event." Have the details -- including the list, the location, time and event -- ready to post. Fill in the fields in the form on the event popup.

  Select the friends to send the invitation. Include all details the guests should know.

Tips & Warnings

The invitees will be able to see who is attending.
