You would have to be living under a rock to not notice that our economy is in a mess. Many people are losing their jobs and some have to take on a second and third job just to keep food on the table and support their families. Well, what if I told you money can be made from your home with your computer doing niche marketing. You will not have to leave your home and the whole family can do their part to support you by using the skills they have. Follow these methods and you too will have great success working online.

Step 1

Finding a Niche- Choose something you are interested in or have knowledge on. For example if you like cooking then you may consider making a website on cooking Italian foods. You need to be specific, the broader your niche the more competition you will have and the harder it is to dominate the search engines.
Step 2

Make a Blog- There are many free blogging sites that you can use, the most popular one today is blogger.com. I personally only use wordpress.org for my sites under my own hosting. If you do not know what this means then follow the link in the resource section of this article for an explanation.
Step 3

Write good content- You have to familiarise yourself with the topic you have chosen for niche marketing. Your readers will return to your website if they feel that you are and expert on your niche. The only way to become an expert at any thing is to have more knowledge, you can do this by researching the niche online or reading books at your local library or you can speak to someone who is an expert in that field. All these methods are FREE so use them to your advantage.
Step 4

Monetize your blog- Adding affiliate products to your blog will earn you money when your site starts getting a steady flow of visitors.
