If you love your pet as mush as I do, investing in organic pet products will not only help extend your pet's life, but you will save a lot of money on vet bills, and your pooch will be happier and healthier too.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Organic dog food
  • organic apple cider vineger
  • natural pet shampoo
  • eco-friendly pet accessories
  • biodegradable "poop" bag
  • some money!
  1. Step 1

    Organic Food.

It's not hard nowadays to find an organic feast for your dog. Hormone and antibiotic-free dog food can be found at PETCO, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and even your local health food stores and supermarkets. You can also prepare holistically balanced meals for your furry one if you have the time.

Organic apple cider vinegar is so essential for dogs. 1 tablespoon of ACV in a bowl of water prevents itchy skin, arthritis, fleas, bladder stones, and urinary tract infection.

  2. Step 2

    Alternative Shampoo.

A paraben and SLS-free shampoo is perfect for your pooch's sensitive skin. Organic pet bath products will keep the fur soft and shiny.

  3. Step 3

    Green Accessories.

Investing in eco-friendly accessories is not only good for the earth, it is much safer than the commercial chemical-laced pet products on the market. Get greener toys, bedding, and collars made with organic hemp and vegetable-based dyes.

  4. Step 4

    Greening the Poop.

Say goodbye to the old fashion plastic poop bags and hello to new bio-chic flushable bags...how convenient is that!
