1. Take a slice of raw papaya and rub it on to the patches of the ringworm rash. Let it sit on the rash for at least 15 minutes at a time and then you can wash off with hot water. Raw papaya may be one of the best known natural cures for ringworm. The enzyme in papaya helps to kill the fungus that causes ringworm.

2. Apply the gel from a fresh leaf of an aloe plant to the ringworm rash and it will give a cooling effect. You can also look for natural creams that contain aloe and they may work on the ringworm as well. The aloe will help with the irritation on the skin and help heal the rash.

3. Look for ointments made from tea tree oil to cure your ringworm naturally. Tree tea oil can also be applied directly to the skin undiluted if you wish or can be added to a aloe vera lotion.
