You will learn how to make this family recipe homemade pizza crust

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • You will need flour, salt, oil, yeast, and your toppings
  1. Step 1

The first step is to get your ingredients ready. You will need four cups of flour, one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of oil and one package of yeast. Than get out your pizza pan. Next preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Than sit out your tupperware glass and fill it about 1/2 full with warm water than mix in the yeast Add all your ingredients together and roll out your dough. It should make two large crust.

  2. Step 2

Next the way I did it, roll out the dough on to the pizza pan. Add your tomato sauce, however much you like to put on your pizza. I prefer to use one can, 15 and 1/2 oz of tomato sauce. Than add your toppings, whatever you like. I prefer one 8 oz. package of mozzarella cheese but you can use any cheese you like. I like to use a jar of mushrooms, and enough pepperonis to fill the pizza, and sometimes I use green pepper but not always, but again use what you like.

  3. Step 3

Than sit the pizza sheet on the bottom shelf to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or untill the cheese and melted and its cooked all the way through, than take it out, and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • It should make 2 large crust
  • Just remember to use an oven mitt because I burnt myself trying to pull it out with a pot holder but you already know this
