Combating cavities and bad breathe is a chore many households today. I'm not just talking about the kiddos either.

Metal mouth is not just something bullies say to kids with braces these days. According to a recent survey and many ex members of the American dental association ADA putting metal in your mouth occurs everytime you brush your teeth.

In our house hold we tell the kids to make sure they brush only the teeth they want to keep. The rest will eventually fall out and go away.

"Fluoride is actually a form of the element fluorine. In its elemental form fluorine is a toxic gas, but when it is chemically reacted with other compounds, such as tin..." ADA American Dental Association

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • All natural toothpaste
  • tongue scrapper
  • brush only the ones you want to keep
  1. Step 1

Having rotten teeth and cavities leads to bad breathe. One way to prevent cavities form forming and or stopping any decay from getting worse is to throw away the over exaggerated use of tooth paste with fluoride.
Dental fluorosis means that a child has been overdosed on fluoride. While the mechanism by which the enamel is damaged is not definitively known, it appears fluorosis may be a result of either inhibited enzymes in the growing teeth , or through fluoride' s interference with G-protein signaling mechanisms

  2. Step 2

    What is fluoride?
"Fluoride is actually a form of the element fluorine. In its elemental form fluorine is a toxic gas, but when it is chemically reacted with other compounds, such as tin..." ADA

Sure your dentist a member of the ADA is telling you need fluoride toothpaste or fluoride drops. They even add it to many US cities water supply.

But do you really know what fluoride is made of in it's purest form?
Fluoride is not an essential nutrient. No disease has ever been linked to a fluoride deficiency. Humans can have perfectly good teeth without fluoride.

  3. Step 3

Fluoride is nothing more than a recycled tin. EWWW but true fluoride in it's purest form starts out as a tin. Yes my friend metal in your mouth. Now imagine for a moment what would happen to your teeth if you chewed or sucked on a piece of metal all day long. It wont be long before you need to head to the dentist for major repair.

  4. Step 4

A very lucrative business it became once the American Dental Association ADA today realize how many more people will need to come visit them if they were told to brush their teeth three times a day with a tin laden toothpaste, How about the six month check up you been getting all these years when they coat your teeth with enamel; more metal covering your teeth

  5. Step 5

teeth starting to feel a little funny yet? Over time this speeds up the decaying process and more and more visits back to your dentist are needed.

  6. Step 6

Plague build up eventually wears the natural enamel on your teeth, which leads to decay and cavities. Coating your teeth with metal is no alternative.

Those famous whitening strips you been using for years is the same chemical dentist use when you go in for a whitening treatment but daily use DOES WEAR AWAY And eat the needed enamal away just like fluoride does.

Think of it like this when you put on a whitening strip it's no different that taking baking soda and hydrogen peroxide making a paste and sticking it your teeth with plastic wrap. Eventually your teeth will no longer shine and will become real sensitive

  7. Step 7

Birch trees supply the natural plaque fighter xylitol – just one of the natural ingredients that make our Whole Care toothpaste so effective.

Today many more companies are offering all natural toothpaste one I used personally has been Tom's however since being bought out by corporate American they still make the all natural brand however they are even adding fluoride in the old stuff just to increase sales and market better using the ADA logos

  8. Step 8

Four years ago I suffered from cavities before switching to the all natural toothpaste. My dentist called in genetics and I have no spacing between my teeth, someone with spacing is less likely to develop cavities unless of course he or she covers them with recycled tin: AKA: fluoride.

  9. Step 9

Every year I would battle with pain so intense I actually pay my dentist whatever he charged just to fix the problem. even after filling the pain and sensitivity still remained every year when it got cold I was in pain and every year I would go and spend thousands more.

  10. Step 10

Until I learned each time i went my dentist was treating me with fluoride on my teeth which only rotten away the protection that was covering my teeth

I learned about the all natural toothpaste and have used for four years and since than I have had zero midnight trips to my dentist and I have not develop any new cavities since freeing me up form bad breath.

  11. Step 11

Try tongue scrappers too removing plague and build up from your tongue is one of the most important oral care things you can do for yourself.

If you smoke or drink coffee please realize how bad that smells to someone you are talking too.

  12. Step 12

Use all natural fluoride free toothpaste to prevent cavities and daily tongue scraps , not at all painful and you will have cleaning nicer looking teeth and maybe your get that date after all by getting rid of your bad breath.

Tips & Warnings
  • Brush three times a day only with all natural tooth paste, floss as you wish to egt in between your teeth, Use an all natural mouth rinse too. Some even use baking soda which I hate the taste so I avoid that.
  • "Fluoride is actually a form of the element fluorine. In its elemental form fluorine is a toxic gas, but when it is chemically reacted with other compounds, such as tin..."
