Things You'll Need:
- 3 Cups Margarine or Butter
- 3 Cups Peanut Butter
- 3 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 3 Cups Brown Sugar
- 9 Eggs
- 9 Cups of Flour
- 2 Tblsp Baking Soda

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cream together the Margarine/Butter, Peanut Butter, Granulated Sugar and Brown Sugar. Mix well

Mix in the eggs, one at a time. Make sure each egg has been incorporated before adding any more.

In a separate bowl mix together the flour and baking soda. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until just combined.

Using a #20 or #18 ice cream scoop... or a heaping 1/4 cup of batter, place cookie dough about 3 inches apart on parchment covered sheet pan. Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes.

Step 5
Remember!!!! Rotate cookies at the halfway point of baking. If you're cooking two pans of cookies at a time you'll need to rotate and switch the top with the bottom.
