You may find yourself in stress working at a call center, handling inbound calls from different kind of customers and required to meet high performance. Here are some steps can help you to reduce that stress.

  1. Step 1

    Be a ware of your project, collect all information related to the project you are handling its call. Always keep yourself updated, each project has its method to inform you about updates.

  2. Step 2

    Understand the online system of your project, learn how to do each steps , write down any step seems confusing and ask your supervisor if you have a question.

  3. Step 3

    Study the qualities of performance of your project, each project has its qualities of performance, do your best to use these qualities in each call. Do not let your supervisor's feedback upset you, if get low-rated performance, try to work on your weakness points.

  4. Step 4

    Always have a smile, you may encounter rough situation dealing with an angry customer, do not take it personally, be very friendly with him and insure to him you will do your best to help.

  5. Step 5

    Love what you are doing, keep your voice tone happy, always feel confident, even if could not know how to handle a situation, put the customer onhold for a second and try to find an answer in your resources or consult your supervisor.
