Making Custom Stamps in Microsoft Word

Open Microsoft Word. Go to "File" and select "New document." You may also click "Control" and "N" to create a new document.

In the top navigation menu, go to "Insert" and click "Text Box." Holding down your mouse, draw a new text box on your document by dragging your mouse across the screen.

Resize the text box to suit your preference by hovering your mouse over one of the corners and clicking and dragging the edges.

Click the middle of the text box and enter the text for your custom stamp. Personalize and customize the text by using different fonts, colors and alignments.

Save your file as a Word document on your computer. When you want to use your custom stamp in a document, click "Insert," then select "File." Choose the custom stamp file; your stamp should be embedded into the new document.
