The EASE program stands for Explosion Agility Speed Endurance and teaches the user five essential energies and how to use them to improve all of these characteristics. If you are looking to improve your agility, you will find these tips very useful.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Start by listening to the EASE program recordings you've obtained online and gain a basic understanding of the concepts behind how the program works. Once you understand the five essential energies that are required to improve agility and endurance, you can begin applying the concepts.

  2. Step 2

Energy science is the basis behind the EASE program, and you must learn how to channel the energy from your base chakra and body to improve agility. Blockages within the body and its chakras will hinder your progress. Learning how to balance your feelings and thoughts in a way that allows you to overcome your body consciousness will have a huge impact on your success.

  3. Step 3

Listening to the EASE program. Hearing the words and meditation are key to improving agility with the EASE program. To meditate, you will need to control your breathing. Practice deep breathes--in through the nose and out through the mouth. You need to be seated in a comfortable place, practicing this breathing until you feel differently inside.

  4. Step 4

Qala Sri'ama is an energy used within the meditation process, and during meditation, you will feel energy transmitted to you via this Qala Sri'ama from the Enlightened Healers. Each module of the EASE program will help you gain confidence in yourself and also what you can achieve, but many people find it hard to keep conscious throughout their meditation sessions. Be patient, as each module will teach you about yourself and aid you in life, including with things like agility and speed.

  5. Step 5

Using what you have learned in daily life is important. Without doing this, all of the things you will have learned throughout the EASE program will prove to be pointless. Improving agility first needs to come from within, and if you can overcome your low confidence, you will find that you can improve many things in your life, not just agility.

Tips & Warnings
  • The EASE program incorporates theories you may not be familiar with. If you are doubtful about the impact the EASE program will have on your life, the program will not work. Open your mind and body and welcome the knowledge you receive. Obtain a copy of the EASE program on the Internet, listen to the recordings and see for yourself.
