The main break in tap dancing is one of the lengthier breaks. It includes a brush back and a leap, which is a pullback with a change. A pullback requires that the dancer brush back on the foot that her weight is on. The dancer must bend her knee and do a springing action to the back while simultaneously brushing her supporting foot to the back. This pullback involves a change, meaning the dancer leaps and lands on her other foot.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
