Guitar Hero World Tour is the latest and greatest Guitar Heroe game to hit the store shelves. What makes this edition different than the others is that the song selection is twice the size of previous installments, and you now have the ability to create your own character. There are some people who even enter in competitions to see who is the ultimate Guitar Hero. Here are some ways that you can play Guitar Hero just like the pros.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Guitar Hero World Tour game Video game console Wireless internet connection (optional)
  1. Step 1

Load your video game into your video game console. It varies upon which video game console you have, but typically you need to push the power button on the console, insert the game, and wait for it to load. Once the game has loaded, you can turn on your guitar to play the game.

  2. Step 2

Select the career mode. You will need to play the songs once each and pass them so that you can earn them and keep them to play forever. If you have never played Guitar Hero at all before, it is recommended that you start on the beginner's level, because it only uses three buttons.

  3. Step 3

Finish each song to progress to even harder songs. If you are finding out that you are having a hard time completing the songs, try playing the tutorial. It will teach you how to hit the buttons as well as strum at the same time. It will also show you how to use the whammy bar.

  4. Step 4

Progress to higher difficulties. Once you have finished all of the 84 songs on beginner's level, step up to medium level. The songs are the same, but the only difference is that there are more notes and you add an additional button. The blue button is the fourth button on the guitar, and it makes it a little more difficult to play.

  5. Step 5

Compete online against friends. Once you feel you could be called a Guitar Hero, challenge your friends online. The people who play online are quite competitve, and it will show you how you rank against others in the online world. It is a great thing to try out if you are having friends over.

Tips & Warnings
