Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cucumber
  • yogurt
  • feta cheese
  • red onion
  • green scallion
  • garlic
  • fresh or dry mint
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  1. Step 1

    Wash your hands, and your veggies. Then chop 1/2 of a cucumber, 1/2 of a red onion, two scallions, and a palm full of mint or dry mint. Add them in a bowl and then mix the veggies together with a spoon.

  2. Step 2

    Add one large container of yogurt (Greek or low fat organic yogurt) with your chopped veggie. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, feta cheese, and crush garlic. Mix them together with a spoon. Taste and add more seasonings as needed.

  3. Step 3

    Then put the dip in the fridge to chill for an hour. Serve it with your favorite veggie such as cucumber, carrots, celery, tomatoes, etc. It's very healthy and refreshing! You'll love it!

Tips & Warnings
  • you can eat this dip with flat bread or chips.
  • you can mix this dip with Persian rice.
  • If you are not a spicy fan, don't add cayenne pepper to this recipe.
