Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp - 1 T curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 dash freshly ground pepper

Step 1
In a food processor or with a hand blender add the butter and pulse until the butter is nice and creamy.

Add the paprika, curry (1 tsp - 1T depending on taste) and fresh ground pepper to the butter and pulse about 30 seconds or until the ingredients are well mixed.

Step 3
Remove the curry butter mixture and roll the softened butter into a log shape and roll in wax paper. Place the curry butter in the refrigerator until it has firmed up.

Step 4
Serve the delicious curry butter on top of chicken, fish, beef, or steamed vegetables.
