1. Make your house looks nice! inside and outside. If it's an empty house make sure inside is clean and smell fresh, update/ replace the carpet if needed. Fresh paint the wall.

2. If you still stay in the house when you advertise your house for sale make sure that all your furniture and belonging look neat and organize.

3. Make your house smell nice and play soft music. You can also put vanilla bean inside the oven with a low temperature to get nice baking scent inside the house. Play soft, nice, relaxing music (instrumental music work best).

4. Make sure you clean the yard and make it look presentable. People tend to put offer on the house that looks nice and give them a good feeling about it than the house that clutter, disorganize and smell bad.

5. Offer your house a little slightly below the market price to sell it quicker.

6. Took pictures of your house inside and outside and advertise it online and offline. If you hire a real estate agent, he or she will do it for you.
