Things You'll Need:
- 1 to 11/2 loaf of bread (your choice)
- 1 large package cream cheese (about 8 oz.), any flavor
- 1 12-oz. package of bacon

Step 1
Trim the crust off the bread. Cut each slice of bread in half.

Cut the bacon strips in half, or into small enough pieces so it will be able to wrap around each bread slice.
Set strips of bacon aside. -
Step 3
Spread cream cheese to desired thickness on the bread slice. Roll a strip of bacon around each bread slice.

Secure each bacon roll up with a toothpick through the middle.

If desired, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place each bacon roll up on a baking tray in a single layer.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and bread slices are light brown.
