These Buffet style Bacon Cheese Roll Ups are so easy to make & will delight guests at any party! Economical as they're made from bread, cream cheese & bacon ~ put together a batch and serve at Holiday buffets, celebrations, on the deck or tailgating events!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 to 11/2 loaf of bread (your choice)
  • 1 large package cream cheese (about 8 oz.), any flavor
  • 1 12-oz. package of bacon
  1. Step 1

    Trim the crust off the bread. Cut each slice of bread in half.

  2. Step 2

    Cut the bacon strips in half, or into small enough pieces so it will be able to wrap around each bread slice.

    Set strips of bacon aside.

  3. Step 3

    Spread cream cheese to desired thickness on the bread slice. Roll a strip of bacon around each bread slice.

  4. Step 4

    Secure each bacon roll up with a toothpick through the middle.

  5. Step 5

    If desired, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place each bacon roll up on a baking tray in a single layer.

    Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and bread slices are light brown.

Tips & Warnings
  • Adjust recipe accordingly if doubling the recipe.
  • Experiment with different flavors of cream cheese.
  • Reheat on low if necessary.
