Things You'll Need:

  • Soy milk
  • Coffee ground to make espresso
  • A stove top espresso maker
  • A one pint mason jar with lid
  • Ice cubes
  1. Step 1

    Gather what you will need from your kitchen: a stove top espresso maker, coffee ground for espresso, soy milk, ice cubes, and a mason jar.

  2. Step 2

    Fill the espresso maker with water.

  3. Step 3

    Place the basket in the espresso maker and fill with espresso grounds. Tamp the grinds down flat with a light touch.

  4. Step 4

    Place the top on the espresso maker to prepare for heating.

  5. Step 5

    Place espresso maker on stove top and heat on medium high to high heat until espresso is ready.

  6. Step 6

    Add ice to the mason jar.

    Add soy milk to the mason jar. Leave enough room at the top to add the espresso later.
