Things You'll Need:
- Essential almond oil
- Essential lavender oil
- French lavender soap
- Soothing bath
- Catnip tea
- Towel
-
Step 1
Fill your bathtub with medium-hot water.
-
Step 2
Add two tablespoon of the lavender and almond essential oil to your bath. The almond oil is a natural moisturizer for your skin and the lavender oil with its therapeutic aroma promotes relaxation.
-
Step 3
Roll a towel in the shape of a pillow and place it behind your head, now soak in the lavender and almond bath.
-
Step 4
Sip some catnip hot tea, and forget about everything. The day has ended; there is nothing more for you to do. Clear your mind and relax. Breathe in the heavenly lavender scent.
-
Step 5
Emerge from your bath when water starts to turn cold. While your skin is damp, massage the lavender and sweet almond oil into your skin. The oil will absorb slowly but thoroughly through your pores. This non-greasy moisturizer is loaded with antioxidants. Stress and soreness from aches or pains will melt away.
-
Step 6
Set the thermostat at 69 and climb into bed. This temperature is better for your body. You will breathe better and sleep deeper. The aromatherapy from the essential oils will linger in the room, and gently lull you to sleep.
