Things You'll Need:
- Two towels
- Baby wash
- Baby lotion
- Baby powder
- Baby washcloth

Step 1
The best way to give your baby a bath in my experience is to NOT use a baby bathtub. Place a large towel in your regular bathtub and add two to three inches of warm NOT hot bathwater. Place your baby gently on the towel. Babies tend to slip and slide in the plastic bathtubs that are made for them.

Step 2
Lather the washcloth with soap and begin wahing. Do NOT scrub. Make sure to get in between the fingers and toes well because that is where most dirt hides on babies. Also, make sure to get the ears. They gather earwax very quickly!! When rinsing your baby's hair, you can cup the water in your hand and pour over his/ her head.

Step 3
Place a towel over your chest BEFORE you pick the baby up. Wrap him in towel when you out him against you chest. Lay him down, finish drying, and apply lotion and baby powder. Viola!!
