Things You'll Need:
- 1 bag of herb seasoned stuffing bread cubes or crumbs.
- 1 med. onion
- 2 ribs of celery
- 2 or 3 cans of your favorite chicken bullion.
- 2 large apples. Tart apples are best but any kind works.
- 3/4 lb bulk mild breakfast sausage
- seasoned salt
- butter
- 2 eggs
- baking dish,foil and untensils

Step 1
Chop onion and celery into fine pieces. Sauté for about 5 minutes in a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add sausage and stir frequently till cooked through. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Carefully drain the fat from the pan.

Butter a 9 by 13 casserole dish-be generous. Peel and chop apples into small pieces. Dump bag of stuffing cubes into casserole dish. Dump apples in next and lightly stir.

Now add the sausage, onion and celery mixture. Add seasoned salt according to taste,(a little goes a long way.) Add 2 eggs lightly beaten first. Mix all ingredients well in the baking dish. Now pour both cans of chicken broth over the mixture taking care to cover all of the stuffing mixture. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Take off foil and brown top for 5 to 10 minutes. More broth can be added if stuffing seems dry. Now enjoy!
