Step 1
Go to google and look up online classifieds. You will find that there are general-interest sites and that there are also specialized interest sites. The general sites cover almost anything, hence the word general. The specialized interest sites are things that are much harder to find and typically are smaller websites.

Figure out which site you want to register on and then complete the information to create an account. Most of the time, these websites are free so don't pay for the space like you normally would in a newspaper.

Submit the listing of your product under the appropriate category. One of the biggest reasons people fail to sell things is they are not in the category they are supposed to be in. This is one of the most important things to successful sales.

Provide as many details as possible, price, quantity, condition, age, and usually several pictures are a great source for the person to judge it themselves.

Often times, you can pay a small fee for special things like highlighting your classified.
