Things You'll Need:
- Know your bra size.
- Time to bra shop.
- A bra smaller than your normal size.
- Bust pads.
- Low cut tops or dresses.
- Double stick tape.
-
Step 1
THINK OVERFLOW. What gives breasts that full look? When they are overflowing out of a bra, top or dress.
-
Step 2
Small Bra=Big BreastsBUY A SMALLER BRA. Let's say you're a 34B. Try on 34A's and even 32A's.
Make sure you remember the overflowing concept. Be sure you try on demi-cup bras, in padded (push-up) and non padded versions. In a perfect world you'll find a bra that doesn't need extra bust pads. This is rare, so have the various bust pads available. Please note: full cup bras don't work because there is nowhere for your breasts to go. They cover everything. We want your flesh to see the light of day. -
Step 3
Best Bust Pad ShapeBUY CHICKEN CUTLETS. Translation: Chicken Cutlets = Bust Pads. You can find these in lingerie departments at department stores. They don't say chicken cutlets, but that's what they're called in Hollywood. Bust pads are available in foam, silicone, water, even air. They all work, but the foam are least expensive and don't weigh down the sculpture you're creating. Remember, we're trying to keep things lifted.
-
Step 4
Pad Placement Determines Bust DirectionBUST PADDING PLACEMENT - FOR CLEAVAGE. Be sure that the pads are angled at the sides and under your bust. Part of the pad should be under the bust to lift. The other part of the pad needs to be at the side of your bust to push it toward the center. If you want more plunging cleavage, add a small triangle pad to the sides to push the breasts closer together.
-
Step 5
BUST PADDING PLACEMENT - FOR THE AUGMENTED BREAST LOOK. Place the bust pads under your breasts for a straight up lift. A small triangle on the side may be needed to make your breasts look larger.
-
Step 6
Bra MagicBREAST PLACEMENT. This seems like a strange step but makes all the difference. Be sure to lift your breasts up and toward your heart. Then place them on the pads. Don't let them squish under the bra. Remember, if you want more center cleavage, add more padding to the sides.
-
Step 7
TAKE YOUR BRA SHOPPING! Bras need to get out every so often! Take it to the store when you're deciding what to wear. Put it on and then try on your low cut tops or dresses. Watch the magic! Knit garments will fit the easiest. Otherwise, be prepared to get your outfit altered. You want the fit to be perfect.
-
Step 8
ATTACH THE PADS. Sewing is best, but if you don't have time, use safety pins or double stick tape. Double stick tape (Topstick by Vapon) is a basic staple of costuming. It has adhesive on both sides. Use the tape to adhere the bust pads to the bra. You can also use the tape to keep your dress attached to your bra. So enjoy your new big breasts, and what a deal, for the price of a bra.
