Herbal tea sounds wonderful on a crisp, cool day, doesn't it? Are you intimidated by the thought of making a delicious cup of hot herbal tea? Have you been served tea at a popular tea room and left feeling like you'd never be able to reproduce that tasty cup of bliss? Well, think again! It's simple, really it is. All you need to do is shop around for an herbal tea you think you'll like, or buy a sampling set that offers a variety and go home geared up to make your first cup of herbal tea!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Herbal tea of choice
  • a cup
  • water for boiling
  • tea kettle
  • saucer

  1. Step 1

Add water to the tea kettle.

  2. Step 2

Sit it on a burner with high heat.

  3. Step 3

Tips & Warnings
  • If you'd rather try a loose leaf tea, you can purchase empty tea bags you can fill yourself or you can find tea balls at your local health food store. Loose leaf is my first choice, but bagged teas can be enjoyed as well.
  • Raw honey and Stevia are both safe and natural options for adding a little sweetness to your cup of hot herbal tea.
  • I am not a medical professional. As always, make sure you aren't allergic to contents of the herbal tea you choose. Also, check with your health care professional before trying something new.
