Sick of stealing everyone else's images and stickers on Myspace? Do you want to learn how to make your own an upload them to your page? Well, keep reading!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A computer
  • An Internet connection
  • Some artistic ability
  • A paint program
  1. Step 1

First, I'm assuming if your reading this article, you already have an account with Myspace. If not, go set up an account at www.myspace.com and come back to this article. I would then make sure you are "logged in" your Myspace account. Then minimize the page to avoid distractions that may inhibit your artistic ability.

  2. Step 2

Next, open up a paint program such as Adobe Photo Shop. If you don't have a paint program, don't fret. I really like the free version called paint.net. You can get a free copy by going to www.paint.net/ and click on the link in the upper right hand corner that says "paint.net get it now." You can use the tools in paint to create your own pictures or stickers. Play around with the functions so you get the feel of it. Since it is a paint program, you won't learn it over-night. Every Photo Shop program has different settings so I will not go into detail here. The most important thing is to crop and save your image that you created in the paint program. Save it to an area where you will not lose it, and will have easy access to it. Always make sure you save it as a JPEG file, since that is the most easiest one to upload onto certain sites.

  3. Step 3

Finally, get your image up on Myspace. You have two options. You can either go into your sticker application on Myspace and choose "upload" or you can go to www.photobucket.com and upload your picture or image there, and they will generate an HTML code for you that you can put up on Myspace. Photobucket also requires you to have an account, but its free and easy to use. Once you have the HTML code, just copy and paste that into your Myspace profile. Where you post it, will determine where the image appears. Try the "about me" section first.

Tips & Warnings
  • Photoshop programs can be a new learning experience in itself. I recommend you have knowledge of some sort of paint program before trying to learn how to make your own images to upload. I recommend getting a free version, and playing around with the tools and settings, and see what you come up with.
