  • Rose hip seed oil (rosa mosqueta oil)
  • Unrefined shea butter
  • Helichrysum essential oil
  • Flax and evening primrose oil

      Make an oil mixture of 80% hazelnut oil and 20% rose hip seed oil. Add 30 drops of helichrysum essential oil for each ounce of oil. Store in a glass bottle, preferably a dark glass bottle.

      Once a day, dry brush or scrub your skin with a loofah or rough towel to improve circulation.

      Morning and evening, massage the oil blend into the area where you have the stretch marks.

      Use unrefined shea butter to keep it moisturized during the day.
