Things You'll Need:
- L-Lysine Tablets
- Abreva
- Skin Tollerable Hot Water
- Non-Comedogenic Facial Soap

Step 1
Begin taking 1000mg of L-Lysine daily at first signs or tingle. L-Lysine can be purchased at any drug store or pharmacy. Do not take the entire 1000mg in one dose, space the amount out throughout the day.

Step 2
Wash the area with the hottest temperature of water you can withstand every 2 hours with Non-Comedogenic soap and dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Do not reuse the paper towel as it could increase the chances of spreading the outbreak.

Step 3
After each wash, apply thin layer of Abreva. Abreva can also be purchased at any drug store or pharmacy.

Step 4
Continue to wash and apply Abreva every 2 hours.

Step 5
Continue taking 1000mg of L-Lysine daily until Cold Sore/Fever Blister has vanished.

Step 6
The cold sore should be gone within 3-5 days.

Your crazy. If its already there, heat some BHT slowly in coconut oil and apply. DONT pick or the RED will be there for 2 months. Then: Try researching Licorice and BHT.
