2. Anywho- Free whitepages sponsored by AT&T, this website that includes business directories, international lookups, maps and reverse phone numbers all in one website.

3. 1-800-free-411- You could use this service for no fee and unlike most directories, you are able to choose to get search results using your cell phone. Simply type in 1-800-free-411, ask for the name and phone number you want and get your answers within fee minutes by phone or text.

4. Wink- Not exactly a phone number or address directory, Wink is a search engine tool that allows anyone in any location to look up people using different social-networking websites. You can get a profile the f full name and location of the person you are seeking and maybe a picture, if the person added one.
