Some women that breastfeed often seek to increase their supply at some point in time. Here are some tips that you can use.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Natural Herb's and Tea's- Mother's Milk Tea and Fenugreek Tea are widely known for their benefits. Mother's Milk has Blessed Thistle, Nettle, Fenugreek, and Fennel, but is only available in tea, the Fenugreek is available in tea, pill, and also in spice form.

  2. Step 2

Some women swear by Oatmeal, one healthy bowl a day is said to increase supply, or at least keep it up.

Water- the more liquid you intake the more milk you can make, your body loves consistency as well, take the time while breastfeeding to drink a glass of water.

Eat right- your body is going to need extra calories to feed your child. If you have adopted good eating habits while pregnant, it shouldn't be much to add about 400 calories of healthy food to your diet.

Keep calm- stress has a way of decreasing your supply. I know it's hard to let it all go for a bit, but you need to stay as stress free as possible for your child. Get lots of rest when possible.

  3. Step 3

NURSE- Nursing your baby is the best way to increase your supply. Any time your baby wants to eat, feed him, there is no set schedule for feeding, yeah some babies eat every 3 hours, but some 2 hours, and some others 4 hours.

Pumping- Pump whatever is left after your baby eats, the more milk you express, the more your breasts will fill up.
