How to Make your Stainless Steel Appliances Shine

Rid your stainless steel appliances of smudges and fingerprints without using expensive, toxic cleaners.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Empty Spray Bottle
• Soft Cloth
• Vinegar
• Water
• Baby Oil or Olive Oil

1. Take an empty spray bottle and mix 2 parts vinegar with 1 part water. Shake.

2. Spray all your stainless steel appliances with the vinegar water mixture at the same time. Then go back to the first one you sprayed and start wiping down with a soft cloth, move to the second one and so on - this gives the vinegar a little time to set on the appliances before you wipe them off.

3. When wiping down stainless steel appliances, go WITH the "grain" of the stainless steel. For example, on a refrigerator, if the 'lines' of the stainless steel goes up and down, start at the top and wipe straight down. It really does make a difference.

4. Once you have wiped all the appliances down and they are dry, take a little oil, like baby oil or olive oil, and wipe down with a dry soft cloth in the same direction again. That's it, your appliance should be sparkling!!

Tips & Warnings

• Be sure to only use a little oil, a little bit goes a LONG way.
