Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Holidays are a time for Family, Friends, Togetherness, and of course Cooking. You can take some very simple basic recipes and turn them into something special. My favorite is "Holiday" Egg Salad. You will need between 8-10 Hard Boiled Eggs. Let Eggs cool, peel, and cut into small pieces. Add 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup of Diced Celery, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/4 Cup of Chopped Fresh parsley.

  2. Step 2

    Mix all ingredients and eggs together in large mixing bowl. You can ad a dab of Yellow Mustard if desired. The finishing touch to this recipe is the Paprika. Sprinkle the finished product with Paprika and Chill for about an hour.

  3. Step 3

    While Egg Salad is chilling. Prepare a large dish and garnish with Romaine Lettuce and Black Olives. Take Egg Salad out of refrigerator, scoop in to the center of the garnished dish. Remember, appearance and presentation are important. The Paprika (red) gives the egg salad a nice Christmas color. You will receive comments galore!
