This tip is for the standard water bottle container which has 18.9 liters capacity. You can also use this with the small pet bottles but you need smaller shrink wraps!

    Original full cap bottle seal!

Install a used half cap to replace the original full cap used to seal water bottles. Make sure that you cleaned the used cap properly!

  3. Step 3

Use a 3 inch length water bottle seal and put it 3/4ths of the way from the cap. Leave 1/4th open and exposed.

  4. Step 4

Calibrate your heat gun for medium heat then blow it over the cap seal while spinning the bottle around with your other arm to cover all diameter! Shrinking and sealing the bottle in the process.

  5. Step 5

Install a sticker to cover the non-spill hole for the water bottle then voila! Your ready to go!

Tips & Warnings
  • Observe cleanliness at all times.
  • Blow the heat gun up and down while spinning the bottle to ensure no breakage.
  • Don't touch the tip of the heat gun after as its really hot!
  • Wear a face mask while doing this and keep an eye out for your hair not to be in direct contact with the heat gun.
