Ever heard the expression "always a bridesamaid, never the bride"? Don't let it get you down, here's how to be a gracious bridesmaid.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Patience
  • Humility
  1. Step 1

Take interest in the wedding. Although you have been here many many times before, it is the brides first (in most cases) time and she wants to talk about it too. So ask questions, act interested, be a good friend.

  2. Step 2

Offer to help. Is there something you are really good at? Can you offer to help with something you will enjoy, and opt out of something you won't? Brides need moral support as well as extra hands when trying to plan a wedding. Anything you can do is something she doesn't have to do.

  3. Step 3

Remember she is under a lot of stress right now, so be patient. Be there for her to vent. Listen to her stressers. Be a friend.

  4. Step 4

Feel good about yourself that you are helping to make her wedding day a day to remember.
