What to make quick, easy, and tasty Parmesan Chicken? Here is one of my family's favorite recipes!

Here's what you will need:
* 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 tablespoons Margarine, melted
* 1/2 cup (2oz) grated Paremsan Cheese
* 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
* 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup (2oz) grated Paremsan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat oven your to 400 degrees F. Remember that pre-heating is important to maintain a consistent cooking temperature.

  2. Step 2

    Spray baking pan with no stick cooking spray, or you can coat it with a light layer of butter or extra virgin olive oil.

  3. Step 3

    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure it is big enough to fit your chicken pieces in, so that they can be fully covered!

  4. Step 4

    Dip the chicken in the margarine, then into the dry ingredients.

  5. Step 5

    Put the chicken in the baking pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender.

Tips & Warnings
  • Makes 6 servings
  • If you would like it spicy, substitute 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepper for the black pepper.

on 11/9/2008 I believe 1/2 cup (2oz) grated Paremsan Chicken
should be 1/2 cup (2oz) grated Parmesan Cheese.
