Things You'll Need:
- White Candle in jar
- St.Clare Essence
- Holy water
- Florida water (you can probably get in a supermarket)
- Bowl big (crystal preferred) enough to put the candle and plenty of water for future use when candle is consumed.

Step 1
WHITE CANDLE IN JARFill bowl with water add a couple of caps of florida water, St.Clare Essence and holy water and place white candle in the middle. (as I said previously bowl should be big enough like the size of a salad bowl and glass prefered)

FLORIDA WATERTHERE IS NO GOING WRONG AS TO HOW MUCH FLORIDA WATER YOU PUT IN.

Then as you light the candle say the prayer meaning it from your heart.

Glorious Virgin and distinguished mother Saint Clare, clearest mirror of holiness and purity, light of all the virtues. For all the favors which the Divine Husband granted you in such abundance, and by the special right of having made your soul the throne of the infinite greatness, reach out for us with your unbounded piety, to cleanse our souls of stains and faults. We also ask you for peace and tranquility of the church, so that the unity of faith and the holiness of customs will always be conserved and that we will become immune to the efforts of our enemies. And if it is for the greater glory of God and the good of my spirit, you, as Mother and Protector, present my wishes in Divine dispatch, and with your infinite kindness I will reach for your greater honor and glory. Amen.

Step 5
Then after you have said the prayer meditate and ask for what you want and release your thoughts. You will immediately feel less stressful.

When candle is consumed take out the jar of the candle out of the bowl.

With the water that is left in the bowl you will then pray over it again to St.Clare so that she can bless the water.
When you have finished praying take the water and pour it over you head.And dont dry off.
You can do this before you go to bed.
