  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 lettuce Leaves
  • 4 slices of Tomato

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Lightly blend all ingredients and shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.

  2. Step 2

You can use a outdoor grill or broil indoors to cook these burgers. Either way, cook about 6 inches from heat, 3-4 minutes on each side. Do not over cook at this point. The burgers will be dry. Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking oil and over medium heat cook mushrooms until tender. 3-5 minutes

Spilt the buns in half, if you want you can toast them first. Place a Pattie on bottom halve of buns; add equal portions of mushrooms to each Pattie, then stack with the remaining ingredients.
