Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound Ground Turkey Breast
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 4 small Buns
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 4 lettuce Leaves
- 4 slices of Tomato
- Condiments

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Lightly blend all ingredients and shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.

You can use a outdoor grill or broil indoors to cook these burgers. Either way, cook about 6 inches from heat, 3-4 minutes on each side. Do not over cook at this point. The burgers will be dry. Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking oil and over medium heat cook mushrooms until tender. 3-5 minutes

Mashed potatoesSpilt the buns in half, if you want you can toast them first. Place a Pattie on bottom halve of buns; add equal portions of mushrooms to each Pattie, then stack with the remaining ingredients.
