Cranberries are full of antioxidants, some of which help to fight aging when they soak into your skin. A cranberry bath can be quite beneficial and relaxing to those looking for the anti-aging benefits that cranberries have. In this article you will learn how to do you very own cranberry bath at home instead of going to an expensive spa.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Bag Fresh Cranberries
  • Saucepan
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    Bring 1 cup of water to boil in a saucepan. Adding half the bag of cranberries to the boiling water and then turn the heat down low on the water and cranberry mixture.

  2. Step 2

    Simmer the water and cranberries for approximately 10 minutes or so. Make sure to stir the water and cranberries from time to time. After 10 minutes let the water and cranberry mixture cool.

  3. Step 3

    To a bath tub filled with water add the cooked cranberries. Slip into the bath warm bath and relax as your body soaks up all of those wonderful antioxidants.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not attempt this if you are allergic to cranberries.
