I love fried food. It's no secret to anyone who knows me personally, listens to my radio show, or reads my articles here on ehow. In this particular article I'm going to instruct you perfectly on how to make an amazingly unique egg sandwich. Really make it. Don't just read it and click off the page. It'll be great. You'll write me for ten days straight thanking me for forcing you to make this sandwich. It's the best.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 large eggs
  • a few strips of bacon.. or a pound depending on your level of hunger
  • salt
  • pepper
  • hamburger bun.. or some fancy bun if you're a fancy type of person
  • cheese
  • butter
  • red and green bell peppers
  • gravy.. or the ability to make breakfast gravy. find the instructions if you don't know how.. it's in another article of mine.
  • BOLOGNA.. yes.. I eat bologna with every meal
  1. Step 1

You wanna get your meat cookin' first. So, in a frying pan start on your bacon. Season it up right.. salt, tons of pepper, etc.

  2. Step 2

After the bacon is about half way done you wanna start frying your bologna. That sounds funny doesn't it? Frying your bologna. Anyway, get the bologna going. In your frying pan you'll wanna add salt and lots of pepper before you throw the bologna in. Right? Then, add some cooking oil. Then, add the bologna. Set the temperature to about medium. To me.. bologna is better the more fried it is. But, you don't want to burn it. So, watch it.

  3. Step 3

Whisk your two large eggs. Season it with salt and pepper. Add some chopped red and green bell peppers into the mix and blend them together.

  4. Step 4

Check on your bacon. You're going to eat it on the sandwich so you don't want it to be real burned up. So, make sure you just get it right.. don't over do it or you'll break a tooth.

  5. Step 5

After your bacon is done, make some gravy. You should know how to make gravy. I have another article on how to do this. Or you can google it elsewhere. But, make up some white breakfast gravy in the pan which the bacon was cooked in.

  6. Step 6

Flip your bologna if it's fried good on the one side. Fry the other side and keep an eye out on it. Same for the bacon.

  7. Step 7

Heat some butter (I like a lot of butter) in a small skillet over medium-low heat. When the butter gets foamy, add your beat up eggs. When the edges are all set you'll wanna turn them inward with a spatula, turning over when the bottom is set. In other words.. scramble the eggs.

  8. Step 8

When the eggs are scrambled and done.. you'll want to take the pan off the burner. At this time you'll want to take some sprinkled cheese and sprinkle it all over the top of the scrambled eggs. Just let it melt over the eggs.

  9. Step 9

Your bacon and bologna should both be done by now. At this time.. you'll want to fry up some hamburger buns in butter.. real quickly.

  10. Step 10

Put the scrambled eggs on the bun, add the bacon, bologna, and then add a little bit of gravy to the top. IT'S THE PERFECT SANDWICH. Ofcourse, you may have a few heart attacks while eating it.. but it'll be worth the misery.

Tips & Warnings
  • You'll probably make a lot of gravy and have a lot left over. Eat it for lunch.. makes a great snack with a biscuit. Gravy is always great.. even if heated up later that night.
  • Get a physical before you eat such a sandwich. You don't know how powerful this sandwich is.
