Happy New Year!!!
Happy New Year!!!

Every year, millions of people around the world make resolutions they intend to keep during the upcoming year. At the same time, many of these people fail to realize the changes they want to make in their lives. Simply saying “I’m going to change this” does not work, since change requires a little forethought and planning. This year try following these steps to make your resolutions a reality.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A piece of paper
  • Something to write with
  • Some will power
  1. Step 1

Start by writing down all your resolutions for this New Year. Be as specific as possible. If you want to loose weight, write down how much weight and by when you want to loose it.

  2. Step 2

Once all your resolution are on paper, go back to the top of your list and start thinking about what steps you need to take to get there. Write them down.

  3. Step 3

Trying to be as realistic as you can, give yourself a time limit for each step. It is easier to take things one-step at a time than trying to tackle everything at once. Also, try to understand that some resolutions may take longer than one year…Do not give up!!!

  4. Step 4

Keep your list in a highly visible place where you can see it often. This way you will become familiar with the steps you need to take.

  5. Step 5

Start getting ready now. Buy anything you need and make any arrangements necessary to carry out your plans.

  6. Step 6

On January 1 start your changes by following your list. Do not ignore it and do not remove it from that visible place.
