Know if you are Lucid Dreaming and a few hints to keep you that way
Know if you are Lucid Dreaming and a few hints to keep you that way

Just a few things in my own words to help you have a Lucid Dream... How to realize your dreaming and how to control one....

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When we are dreaming most times our conscience mind triggers questions leading to notify us while were sleeping that what we are witnessing is a dream. Like you will realize that what you are seeing isn't right, true or couldn't happen in a million years, a huge trigger is seeing people you know have already passed away.... Which in all lets us know we are in a dream like state of mind.....

  2. Step 2

Lucid dreaming is a very valuable tool in recovering lost thoughts or memories, self-improvement,self-discovery... Because basically Lucid Dreaming means you are aware you are in a dream which means if you are strong minded enough you can control what happens....

While trying to realize what is going on in the dream, trying to figure out what's real or what's not.... You will start asking questions to yourself to help figure this out while being emotional calm, that is if the dream is not threatening in anyway.... and the more relaxed you are the less likely you will wake up during your journey to having a Lucid Dream....

  3. Step 3

After you have realized you are in a dream and know so try to do another reality check to make sure you are convinced read something, try moving around to see what happens that way you will able to keep a steady concentration...

Next you most tackle your emotions be aware of how you feel at this time, this will be a good time of self reflection... you will be able to access both your inner, hidden emotions you hide from everyone and your outer emotions... remember one of the best tools of staying lucid during a dream is to ask questions.. Ask yourself how do I feel?? ask questions that only you know would uncover all of the emotions you can both positive and negative.. take a minute to work through them to get to a good place so that you may continue your journey.... Try to find a happy situation and try to get back the feelings you had at that moment.... ask yourself questions over and over again until you can find your way to this point... It will take a lot of practice to learn to stay lucid in your dreams and to be able to control yourself and the dream it's self...

  4. Step 4

It's always a good idea to make a self check... a physical self check like asking yourself how's my heart beat?? How fast is my heart beating?? Some people are very high strung and get over excited about things it's good to know you for sure are relaxed and ok to move on.... Well, that's a short and Lame explanation of Lucid Dreaming.... You well know if you want to know more before you start you can do a research project on it yourself if it makes you feel better and think it will prepare you better... Really it depends on you and how much mental control you have over your mind and yourself.... It's also a good idea to do mind teasers, read and other things that will keep your mind sharp to help you be better prepared and aware of everything...
