Things You'll Need:
- You
- Another person
- A blank wall
- A black or White sheet
-
Step 1
First you will need another person to help you... Tell them to stand in front of a blank wall or one a light solid color beige, white with nothing on the walls...
Then stand right in front of them somewhere close to ten feet away... Then start focusing on their nose, try to keep complete concentration on what you are doing don't let anything outside of what your doing distract you. -
Step 2
Next move your concentration to the other persons forehead, remember your aura is transparent and cannot be seen directly you have to basically use your Peripheral Vision in this excercise to see it... Your aura is your soul and it swells out and appears on the outside of your body kind of in an outline of your outer body.... It's a strong energy if you will, in a few moments you should start to see an illumination radiating from this person.. If you do not see their aura start concentrating on on the outline of the person starting with their hair line.. don't strain your eyes stay relaxed and focused...
-
Step 3
After a few times of practicing you should have no problem seeing someones aura... Another good idea and this may help is to have the other person stand in front of a hung black or white sheet... Good Luck!

So i tried the mirror.I saw green(I did not know what color meant what)I then tried it to my roomate who was sleeping(just hoping he would not wake up) I saw yellow.I then tried it again to my roomate while we were discussing what food to get. I saw orangeI finally did it to myself again after reading a passage in the Holographic Universe.I saw a light yellow. After researching what each color meant--it was shocking how accurate they were. With my roomate, I asked him how was his dream--he said it was one of the best ones I had in a while. He also graduated today. Both accurate to the yellow.Later when we were talking about food, the orange came up rather quickly on me when I finally found it. Before he ...
