Step 1
Identify your age spots. They about the size of a dime and look like flat brown, tan, or dark brown spots on skin that's exposed to the sun. They appear with age and more sun exposure and tend to be found mostly on shoulders, back, forearms, neck, back of hands, chest, and the face. People who burn easily or have freckles are more pron for age spots. They are caused by sun's ultraviolet rays. They are not cancerous, but you may be at risk for cancer if you have them.

Step 2
Vinegar can help diminish age spots because its an acetic acid; a naturally occurring week acid. Put a small amount on a cotton ball and apply directly to sun spots on a regularly.

When you apply vinegar directly to age spots on a regular basis you will see the spots fade. Keep yourself healthy by preventing more age spots with use of sunscreen and avoiding sun exposure in the future.
