This ehow article will teach the reader how to celebrate and enjoy Veterans Day. This is a very important day in our country and setting aside some time to honor our war veterans is something everyone should do.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Say a prayer for our new President, our country, our military and our war veterans. It is important to keep God in our country so He can keep his hand upon all Americans.

  2. Step 2

    Visit your local hospital or nursing home and speak to the veterans. Many veterans are alone and have no visitors. Take a card and some flowers.

  3. Step 3

    Ask your pastor to acknowledge all the veterans at church on Sunday. Ask all the veterans to stand and receive applause from the congregtion. Tell your children how important it is to remember the war veterans. Their sacrifice is priceless.

  4. Step 4

    Take a veteran to lunch or dinner.

  5. Step 5

    Attend the parade in your town or city.

  6. Step 6

    GOD BLESS AMERICA
