Is this an acne home remedy?

Acne home remedies are a inexpensive way to treat what is a common problem among young people: embarrassing acne! Acne is common among teens and those in their early 20s. Below are several acne home remedies

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Vitamins
  • House-hold items
  1. Step 1

To make an acne home remedy, first make sure you are getting enough vitamins A, E and niacin. This can be found in a good multivitamin. However, make sure you don't settle for just any multivitamin.

  2. Step 2

You'll also want to be sure to take zinc. Again, not just any zinc will do. Zinc Citrate is probably one of the most easily absorbed forms of zinc (as well as any mineral).

  3. Step 3

Now, for the acne home remedy. Ground up orange peel into fine bits and mix it with some lemon juice.

  4. Step 4

Put a little garlic in the your acne home remedy. Spread it on your acne prone areas many times a day if you can.

  5. Step 5

Let the acne home remedy sit for a long while on your acne prone areas and then rinse off.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure the acne home remedy isn't too runny so that it can stay on your face.
  • You may not want to put this mixture on right before school!
  • You may try it right before bed and leave it on all night.
