Step 1
Go to any convenience store and purchase a firm toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions with this firm toothbrush until all of those food particles and plague are removed. Most stores offer soft, medium, firm etc.. Choose the firm brush.
-
Step 2
Floss your teeth daily to remove old food particles that cause bad breath. Make sure that you don't damage your gums when flossing improperly. Choose a floss coated with wax, with a minty smell.
-
Step 3
Use a tongue scraper to remove food particles from your tongue. Your tongue can be a big source of bad breath problems, especially near the back of the mouth.
-
Step 4
Gargle with Listerine mouth wash. Listerine mouth wash kills most bad breath germ located in the mouth. Most people like the flavored mouth washes, however some prefer the tried and true antiseptic mouth wash.
