Holiday, Holiday Holiday,,,,,This wonderful spicy Pumpkin Martini is perfect for Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Parties or intimate Holiday Dinners by candle light. I got it from Rachel Ray a year ago but I added a new ingredient. I love to serve this one to special friends and family. My guest don't expect this combination but find the flavors are warm and give you a homemade holiday feeling.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz creme de cacao
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • whipped cream
  • two martini glasses
  • martini shaker
  • Ginger Snaps
  1. Step 1

Put ice cubes about half way in a cocktail shaker. Add the vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, heavy cream and pumpkin pie spice. Shake vigorously.

  2. Step 2

Put whipped cream on a plate and dip the rims of the martini glasses in the whipped cream. Strain and pour the martini into the whipped cream lined martini glasses.

  3. Step 3

Finely crush one ginger snap and lightly sprinkle crushed cookie over the top of martini. This really is more like a dessert drink......Enjoy! This makes two martinis. This makes a nice dessert drink served after dinner or with heavy appetizers.
