- Sea Salt, Vinager,Epson Salt,Hot Water and Lavender

First step get all of your ingredients 1 cup Sea Salt, 1 cup Epson Salt, 1 cup Vinager and 1/2 cup Dried Lavender... You will also need to find a bucket,tub or bowl big enough for both of your feet...

Next heat some water up on the stove as warm as you can stand to have on your feet and then put all of your ingredients in the tub... then pour the hot water over them and take your hand and mix them together just for a second....

Then all that's left to do is sit down and put your feet in to soak... Trust me your feet will feel great after soaking in it for a while... This is great for people that are on their feet all day long.... You'll want to do it more often I a sure you....
