Many woman do not properly tweeze their eyebrows or are afraid to do it themselves. It is actually quite easy to tweeze your eyebrows if you know how to do it properly. Here is how you can get great and sculpted eyebrows every time you tweeze them.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Eyebrows
  • Tweezers
  • Ice cube
  • Eye pencil
  • Mirror
  1. Step 1

To dull the pain of tweezing your eyebrows, apply an ice cube to your eyebrow area for a few minutes. This is not necessary but if you don't like the pain of tweezing your eyebrows it is a good idea.

  2. Step 2

Look in the mirror and hold a pencil vertically beside the outer edge of your nose. Where ever it hits that is the guideline for where your brow should begin. Make a mark where this guideline is using your eye pencil. Do not pluck any farther in than that guideline.

  3. Step 3

To find where your arch in your eyebrow should begin, rotate the pencil over your pupil of your eye. If you arch further up or down your eyebrow, you may end up look depressed or surprised all the time. Make a mark with the pencil to designate where you should tweeze the arch of your eyebrow.

  4. Step 4

Rotate the pencil again until the side stops at the corner of your eye. This is your guideline for where your brow should end. Make a mark with the pencil to outline this guideline. Tweeze any hairs outside of this guideline.

  5. Step 5

To tweeze your eyebrows, use the hand that does not have the tweezers and use your fingers to tightly pull your eyebrow skin upward. Use the tweezers to pluck out one hair at a time within the guidelines that you made. Pluck the eyebrow hairs at a slant for the least amount of pain.

  6. Step 6

Repeat the same process on the other eyebrow, and follow the guidelines made to tweeze your eyebrow.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tweeze your eyebrows only when you have time to devote to them, as you don't want to be in a rush and over-pluck or ruin your eyebrows.
